Coordinates and processes applications from businesses for Lubbock's Enterprise Zone and Tax Abatement Programs.
Answers inquiries and responds to information requests from businesses, government agencies, citizens, and economic development organizations.
Acts as a liaison with business representatives regarding municipal government regulations, policies and procedures.
Assists with permitting requirements and problem solving between business and municipal government.
Collects, maintains and disseminates demographic and economic data on Lubbock and the Region.
Can provide specialized demographics for commercial and other businesses.
Coordinates and manages Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zones and Public Improvement Districts.
